I‘m a twenty-something who has a passion for reading just about anything and have decided to make it my career by dedicating my life to library work.  I currently manage a tiny library in a rural MN town.  I love the small town life, as do my two little dogs where they get spoiled by the locals. Growing up, my family moved all over Minnesota and North Dakota and even twice to Valentine, Nebraska.  In all, this is my 12th move, so now I’m enjoying staying put for a while. I do enjoy traveling though, particulary to literary places (like England!)

Otherwise, I absolutely love books and everything libraries have to offer people (because we have so much more than just books : ), and am so grateful each and every day I get to share my enthusiasm with others as part of my job.  PLUS, I will be going back to school, online,  in September for my MLIS to help me along the ever-changing library career path!  I love reading  children’s books, junior, teen, and adult fiction…pretty much anything except non-fiction and occasionally I will read one of those too (escaping reality is more fun though : ) I
